Welcome to the World! (twice!)

Anybody remember the Wrigley's Doublemint commercials? I always think of those when I get the privilege of shooting twins! I think this is the first time I've gotten to photograph a newborn set of twins that are a boy and a girl -- and with the most adorable big sister as well! I've gotten to capture three sets of boy twins from birth -- and I have two sets of triplets I adore! But I got to pull out all those matching boy/girl hats I've been anxiously storing away and waiting to use!

And it couldn't have been more worth the wait..... all 3 of this kids are beautiful!! I don't know how the parents looked so relaxed!!

This little guy has such a wonderful, happy personality! It's no wonder - as his parents are so calm and just seem so easy going. He's a charmer. He was happy no matter where we sat him! Loving getting to spend this year with this family!

It's absolutely so sweet to see how in love these two are with their new little guy! Not only is he gorgeous but so calm and sweet natured. He just seemed happy to be along for the ride! and his parents are so obviously smitten!!

Welcome to the World, Little Ones!! New Baby Blog Fest... When it Rains it Pours!

Get ready.... I'm just going to do a whole blog blitz of newborns! Not sure what was in the water 9 months ago, but all my waiting moms seemed to be ready all within a 5 day window!! LOVED getting to see these families and their new ones. Welcome and Congratulations to each of these very special families!


Sweet Sibling love! These little guy is going to be so well taken care of!! This has to be my favorite sibling newborn session to date... we just had so much fun and this family is so calm and relaxed. I loved getting to hang out in the front yard and it felt like I was home in NY sitting with my old neighborhood friends. (and really?? this family had the coolest names EVER!! as if someone writing a movie had chosen the names!!)

Wonderful name, wonderful feeling of that sweet love! These two are so in love with their new little girl that it just squeezes at your heart! Congratulations and welcome to the world, sweet Stella!

I loved getting to photograph this new little one... it's always so much fun to get to do something a little different. This family is East Indian and they brought Mom's wedding Sari and bangles... and other sweet items that we used in their session. I love when we get to make a session so personal and use items that have so much significance

Beautiful day for a photo shoot!

Another Bluedog beauty (http://bluedogacting.com/) - I loved getting to meet S yesterday -- what fun she is! She's jumping back into acting and I can't wait to see where this takes her -- she's vivacious and fun and wonderful! We had a great afternoon shooting and the weather couldn't have been more agreeable.

something about her reminded me of a softer version of a young Angelica Huston - wow! That beautiful bone structure and legs that go on for miles!

5 more days!!!

Due to a surgery and tight work schedule we just got to photograph this engagement session and in 5 quick days we'll be down in the Keys to shoot the wedding of these two. I don't know what it is about A, but I just love her -- she is sweet and honest and so unassuming -- and feels like someone I've been friends with forever! May all the happiness in the world be yours, J and A! I'm truly honored that you asked us to photograph your wedding.
