really? takes my breath away .... M is one of my dearest friends and I love her children as if they were my own family. We've known each other since our kids (my youngest, her oldest) were only 3 months old -- how have they grown up so fast? In the blink of an eye they are looking like young people:) they are always so stunning together .... and these squeeze my heartstrings

Oh sweet girl, how I have loved getting to capture a year of milestones and memories this past year! C is one of the happiest babies I have been around - she always has a smile and a sweet calm about her. Love how we captured the casual, fun, loving feeling this little family always seems to radiate. Thank you, guys, for asking me along on this journey this year!

this little peanut showed up way early to the game - but you would never know it! W arrived almost 3 months early! He has the sweetest smile and most engaging personality! what a fun morning - I loved getting to meet the B Family!

I don't know if it's because this family feels a little like my own - with three sweet girls and a boy or if it's because every time I'm with them I get to talk camera talk with the Dad --- maybe it's that every time I'm around the mom it feels as if I'm getting together with a friend I've known forever. I'm not sure what it is, but I know that it always feels magical and comfortable when I get to see this amazing family. Thanks, Guys!! Once again, I could have spent the entire afternoon with you all - enjoy!! The images really capture the love this family shares!

nothing better for the soul than the sweet sound of laughter... love catching that moment when someone really lets go. Loved getting to photograph this wonderful family -- mom is an artist and had an amazing vision before we ever started. Neither rain nor winds of 20 mph could stop us!!

Growing Up

I love getting to see my Bellies to Babies kids again - so sweet to see how big they get in a year and how much they change! what a sweet beach session this was and C and S are always so relaxed and calm that they make being around them fun and easy.

A little help from your friends.....

Possibly the cutest kid on the planet has turned 1!! Even his name -- Milo -- is beyond adorable! He came to celebrate his bday with cake, and brought along his best friend for support!! OH WOW!! wish I could blog every single image I took! Too much fun!

Happy Birthday, Milo!! I have had an absolute blast getting to celebrate the milestones and moments this year with you and your parents!!

one small step for Milo, one HUGE step for his parents!!

I didn't think we could top the cake session with Drake, but as Milo never seems to do things ordinary.... he of course amazed us all and took not only his first step in front of the camera, but about 9-10 in a row!! (I'm guessing his parents have already started training him to enter the Olympics - he's probably running marathons at this point!!)

seriously, I wish this year with Milo wasn't ending ... I always love to get to see him and his magazine-beautiful parents!
