In the Genes

This little girl just radiated giggles and fun.... and now I know that beauty just runs in the family. She's gorgeous, her sister is gorgeous, her mom and grandma are gorgeous...... and I have photographed her cousins and they are all gorgeous!!:) it's in the genes for sure!

Angel

she couldn't have been more of an angel! she slept the entire time and let us just play! I knew we were getting some amazing images, but I'm speechless - she is stunningly beautiful! We had so much fun and I'm excited to get to follow along for her first year of life.

I so loved this photo shoot - not just because I always have fun when I'm around the B family, but it was just so cool to get to be in this amazing space with my camera AND a gorgeous family in front of me!! It's not all serious... solemn one moment and giggling the next!

this is one of those moments that you just know everything turned out for a reason. We were suppose to have a session on the day before and got rained out - so we combined two sessions into one (the girls are friends and get along fabulously) and we just had a blast!! These two are the sweetest and I loved how sweet the moms were -- they just chatted and hung out while the girls and I romped around the park playing. (and I know who I'm calling to be my assistants when they grow up -- these two had the best ideas!! You two rock!!)

Morning Light Magic

This is the cutest family - I love getting to hang around with them as we shoot. I'm pretty sure that E has never raised her voice in her life!:) This little guy hit the lottery with these two as parents.

what a beauty this little girl is -- beautiful lips, rosy round cheeks - THAT hair!!! she is just gorgeous!!






I love the lighting in this image, but wow! she hated that grass!! You can see her checking it out! but when we finally got it right and let her stand on the bench - well, life was pretty good then!! We got the sweetest smiles and she was thrilled we had finally figured it out!!

Love in the NYC Library

What an amazing shoot! I'm so excited to get to photograph the wedding of these two in just a few weeks! They are such an incredibly sweet couple and absolute cool as can be. They remind me of my friends from back home - so easy to be around. But I think the thing I loved most (ok -- other than the fact that we were able to shoot this in the NYC library!) is that it is so obvious how much they are in love. You could just feel it - like two old souls that had found each other and had a comfort level as if they had been together for a lifetime. Congratulations, E & G!! Let the countdown begin!
