| SO beautiful! I always think it's funny that the people that seem to be the most beautiful just naturally in front of the camera are always the ones that are sure they aren't photogenic!! These two were no exception! GORGEOUS!!! Can't wait to meet their little girl! These two are so gorgeous, they are sure to have a stunning baby. | This was suppose to be a maternity session, but it turned into me falling in love with this little guy and getting a few images of his mom and dad!!! I don't think this infectious smile hardly ever left this little guy's face! This little brother that will be arriving soon is sure to have a blast growing up with M as a big brother! |

| I love this time of year! Thanksgiving was one of my favorite holidays when I was a kid - tons of fun getting together with all my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Now with my work, I look forward to Thanksgiving weekend because I usually get to see the extended families that schedule as they will all be together for the holiday. These are some of my favorite shoots -- I know I always say it, but there is something special and fun about everyone together and the razzing, ribbing and laughing that always takes place when you have a lot of family together! This family was no exception to that!! I just loved seeing the connection this group has -- and really doesn't hurt that they are gorgeous! J and her husband look like they stepped out of that movie that features the good-looking amazing couple we all knew in college that married and lived happily ever after!! ( it was a wonderful morning -- even if I needed a step ladder!!) |

| The first time I photographed this family and put together their slideshow, it was the first time I teared up at some OTHER families images!! I don't know what it is, but every time I have them in front of my camera we seem to capture these really special moments of how much love and life a family can share together.... so I guess it shouldn't surprise me that this time was no different. I wish I could blog more..... I'm in love with their images! I hope you all had as much fun as I did |

| What an incredible afternoon! We had grand plans for a family shoot on the boat... but weather and timing wasn't on our side. But truly -- it couldn't have been more perfect. When you drive into A's driveway and the large hedge envelopes you, somehow it feels like the world has melted away and you've been transported to some European villa. Her home is gorgeous, her kids are gorgeous... and really SO sweet! It really did feel like a world away - I could have hung out in the yard forever with her kids playing - they were wonderful! |

| One of my favorite blessings of getting to be a photographer is the blessing of the people I get to meet and know. After several years of photographing for L's family, I feel so grateful that I have gotten to be a part of capturing the wonderful milestones and special moments this family has shared. They are one of those families that I walk away from, knowing that I've gained far more just by being around them. It is no secret that this family LOVES two things - giving speeches! and dancing!! I've even found myself at the last couple of events hiding behind my camera as they give a speech -- feeling a little foolish as I realize I have a huge lump in my throat and feel tears sting my eyes. They are those rare people that love to live life to its fullest -- truly enjoying the moments - and also sharing their awareness that they are blessed and grateful. It chokes me up ... and puts me in awe that they are so humble and sweet. and then they begin to dance.... and you realize they truly ENJOY life and I always think as I walk away with my cheeks hurting from smiling and giggling at what a great time they have, that in my next life.... can I please be born into their family????!!! |
