more newborn sweetness

Welcome to the world, G2!! I predict you will be well loved for your entire life... such a sweet family and they are IN LOVE! He's just sweet and yummy - and he couldn't have made our session easier sleeping almost the entire time. Loved getting to hold and rock this little guy.

see what I mean?? everyone was busy 9 months ago:) This beautiful mama is due in just a few days - in fact, I am wondering if she'll make it through the weekend!:) I absolutely loved to get to photograph M - she was so willing to trust me and we got some amazingly beautiful shots

what was everyone doing 9 months ago?!?!?

I'm not sure what was going on except that I now have a lot of beautiful bellies and even more beautiful little ones on my calendar just arrived and arriving:)!!

this beauty looks like she's arrived on some tropical island and is just hanging out... what a beauty!! love how relaxed and easy going her parents were - and what amazing shots we were able to create and capture!!

now.... from chunky monkey to skinny minny ballerina style...

sweet prima ballerina born 12 days ago...

this had to be the smallest peanut I've photographed - she just seemed tinier than anyone newborn I've had in front of my camera:) BUT - with the longest legs as if she was born to be a prima ballerina!! and she either wanted to wrap them around herself or have them STRAIGHT outstretched!! I could have played all afternoon with this little one - and you'll be able to see by the images that play we did!






truly - this could have been my photograph for Father's Day - this dad was so in love with his little girl that his eyes never left her (ok - except when I asked him to look up into the camera - and then when he did I was almost shocked by the depth and beauty of his eyes and longer-than-allowable eyelashes:)




just had to put one more.... i said we had played:)

the best laid plans....

love it when something doesn't work out as you planned and it ends up turning out better than your wildest imagination!! this is how this session went... we had scouted a great location - I had gone days before to create a really cool shot list - and then poor T and hubby got stuck on a closed freeway and we lost the light we needed for the area we had in mind --- and WOW WOW WOW!!! this session rocked!! what we ended up getting is for sure one of my favorite maternity sessions ever!

These two were a blast and I could have blogged their entire session - it was total torture narrowing it down to these few!! Can't wait until the baby gets here!

Life is beautiful - lucky little one!

If only this little girl knew how lucky she will be:)! Two amazing parents and two sweet sisters waiting anxiously for her arrival!! and not much of a wait ... she is due to arrive in a couple of weeks. Can you believe how amazing this mom looks?? She is always spectacularly beautiful - inside and out!!
